Terms of Service

1. Description of Service & Eligibility

PolyEdge provides access to ultra-low-latency Polymarket mempool trade streaming and real-time on-chain analytics API services. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess full legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Subscriptions and Licensing

• Personal License: Plans designated for individual use are licensed strictly for your own direct trading, development, and internal analysis. You may not share your account or credentials, nor resell, redistribute, sub-license, or deliver PolyEdge data or any derived outputs (including signals, alerts, or analytics) to third parties.
• Builder License: If you subscribe to a plan with a Builder License, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to integrate PolyEdge data and stream feeds into your own proprietary, value-added software applications, trading terminals, analytics dashboards, or bots for use by your genuine end users. This license is subject to the following explicit restrictions:
  • No Data/API Resale or Substitution: You may not resell, sublicense, syndicate, white-label, proxy, or redistribute PolyEdge data, stream feeds, or APIs—whether in raw, reformatted, modified, aggregated, enriched, or derived form—or deliver any standalone data feed, API, or service that competes with or serves as a commercial substitute for PolyEdge.
  • No Downstream Programmatic Exposure: PolyEdge data must be incorporated solely within your product's graphical interface or internal workflows. You may not provide your end users with programmatic query access, bulk export capabilities, or downstream API/WebSocket relays for the data, nor may you expose your PolyEdge API keys or raw endpoints.
• Payments & Non-Refundability: All purchases and subscription fees are non-refundable. Once a purchase or subscription is initiated and confirmed, no refunds, chargebacks, or reversals will be provided.
• Modifications to Service: We reserve the right to modify, upgrade, or discontinue endpoints, features, specifications, or pricing at any time.

3. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Compliance

All funds and payments used on PolyEdge must originate from lawful sources. You represent and warrant that your payments are not derived from illegal activities, money laundering, fraud, or entities subject to government sanctions. If we suspect or determine that any payment violates anti-money laundering (AML) laws or applicable regulations, we reserve the right to immediately freeze or terminate your account, revoke API access without refund, cooperate fully with government and law enforcement authorities by providing all requested information, and pursue all available legal remedies against you.

4. API Key Security & User Liability

You are solely responsible for safeguarding and maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and credentials. All actions, requests, and usage conducted through your API keys will be deemed your own activity. You are fully liable for all associated fees, quota consumption, and consequences arising from any unauthorized use or compromise of your credentials.

5. Financial Risk & Trading Disclaimer

PolyEdge is purely a technology and data provider, not a financial advisor, broker, or exchange. Trading on prediction markets involves significant financial risk of loss. All data and feeds are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, zero latency, or error-free data delivery.

6. Regulatory & Third-Party Compliance

PolyEdge is an independent third-party data provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Polymarket. Accessing or trading on prediction markets may be restricted or unlawful in certain jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service and any interactions with Polymarket comply with all applicable local laws, regulations, and Polymarket's own terms of service.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Termination

You agree not to scrape our databases, share or leak your API keys, reverse-engineer proprietary algorithms, or exceed your allocated plan limits. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke API keys and terminate access immediately upon detecting abusive behavior without prior notice or liability.

8. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall PolyEdge, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any lost profits, lost trading opportunities, loss of data, or any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages. PolyEdge's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to PolyEdge in the one (1) month preceding the event giving rise to liability, or $100 USD, whichever is less. PolyEdge shall not be liable for any failure or delay resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including upstream service outages, telecommunication failures, cyberattacks, or government actions.

9. Indemnification & Severability

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PolyEdge, its operators, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party rights. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
